Synopsis

Lifeblood is a bold, satirical crime drama that melds the worlds of banking, drug trafficking and political corruption during the 2008 financial crisis. Set amongst the cutthroat machinations of the City of London high-finance and the quest for criminal control of the drug trade in Mexico, the series weaves an authentic, intricate narrative depicting how a coalition of British bankers enter into an alliance with South American drug cartels to launder billions of dollars in cocaine capital.
